Liquidity Contract with Exane Transferred to BNP Paribas Arbitrage

Air Liquide S.A. (Paris:Al) (the Company) has entered into a liquidity contract on July 31, 2019, in accordance with the French Autorité des marchés financiers’ recognized market practice. The liquidity contract applies to the equity securities of the Company (ISIN Code: FR0000120073) listed on the Euronext Paris regulated market.

The provisions of the liquidity agreement remain unchanged.
